Scheduling Lessons/Packages

I now only offer 10-lesson packages. The payment for a 10-lesson package needs to be paid in advance of any lessons. I will send you a Payment Request that indicates the amount you need to pay. After the payment is made, you can begin to book lessons. Please note that packages expire 8 months from the date of purchase. Packages cannot be extended. 

Unless a special arrangement has been made for customized lessons, no more than 3 lessons can be scheduled in a single week. 

Rescheduling Lessons

If you take one-on-lessons and you would like to reschedule a lesson, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. We will decide on another day/time that fits both of our schedules.

A lesson can be rescheduled or cancelled if there is still 24 hours before it starts. If the lesson begins in fewer than 24 hours, the lesson can’t be rescheduled. If there are fewer than 24 hours before a lesson starts, and you cannot attend, you can cancel the lesson on TutorBird, but please note that you will still be charged for that lesson.

If you take group lessons, it is not possible to reschedule a lesson, however, if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance of the group lesson, you will have the option to attend another group session of your level, if available. You can request any material used during the lesson that you missed. 

Lesson Refunds

First-time/New students: If you booked a 10-lesson package and are not satisfied with the lessons after taking 5 lessons, you can request a refund for the remaining 5 lessons. A refund will be sent to you within 3 business days. 

Current students: No refunds will be given for lessons.
